Beit Al Qur’an is a multi-purpose complex dedicated to the Islamic arts. It was Established in 1990 in Manama, Bahrain. It houses nearly 10,000 rare manuscripts and Qur’an copies, including a copy written during the reign of Caliph Uthman.

The museum houses the first copy of the Qur’an printed in Germany in 1694 AD and the world’s oldest translated copy, which was translated into Latin in Switzerland in 955 AD, alongside the largest Qur’an in the world that was written in India during the 18th century AD.
