The Museum of Archeology and Heritage of Mecca displays a rare and unique collection of antiquities that may not be found in any other museum, especially those that highlight Mecca’s history, glory and its antiquities in pre-Islamic times.

The museum hosts halls dedicated to the noble Prophet’s biography and halls that record the development of writing, currencies and Hajj through the ages. It also contains rare artifacts that record the development of the architecture of al-Masjid al-Ḥarām and the Meccan heritage.
