President Obama argued Tuesday 06 Dec 2016 in his last speech that terrorism does not threaten the survival of the United States and shouldn’t be treated as though it does. And condemned in his speech the exaggeration of this phenomenon.  And he attributed the emergence of ISIL in Iraq to US policy in this Arabic state after its invasion in 2003.
