International media have recently commended the results achieved by “Moussalaha” Programme in Morocco, which aims to rehabilitate terror convicts, after more than 207 convicts, including 8 women, had been reached by the programme since its launch in 2016.
The Kingdom of Morocco has succeeded in becoming one of the pioneering countries in spreading and promoting coexistence, respect for religions and interfaith dialogue. It became an example to follow, which drove European and African countries to study its experience.
A recent study issued by the Union of Islamic Communities of Spain revealed that the number of Muslims exceeded the threshold of two million for the first time. It reached 2.1 million Muslims by the end of 2019, 48% of whom hold the Spanish nationality.
