The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Dr. Yousef Othaimeen, has condemned, in the strongest terms, the terrorist attack that targeted a bus carrying off-duty military personnel in the central Turkish city of Kayseri, Saturday, 17th December 2016 leading to the death of at least thirteen military officers and injury of dozens more others.
