On the tolerance of Islam, all Muslim scholars from all sects view that Muslims must repel injustice against dhimmis. They have stated the necessity to care for them because when Muslims award them the status of dhimmi, they committed to repealing injustice against them, and they became part of the Dar al-Islam.
