Since causing frights and terrorism is haram, therefore it can never be the way of achieving heaven. Rather, it is the way to hell. Those who are involved with terrorism to acquire heaven must repent immediately from such wrong way which in fact leads to hell and come back towards peace and guidance to attain heaven.
(وَلَا تَبْغِ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْأَرْضِإِنَّاللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ) (القصص: 77)
And seek not mischief in the land. Verily, Allah likes not the Mufsidun (those who commit great crimes and sins, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupts). {Sura qasas:77}
(َأمْ نَجْعَلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ كَالْمُفْسِدِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الْمُتَّقِينَ كَالْفُجَّارِ) (ص: 28)
Shall we treat those who believe and do good like the mischief-makers in the earth? Or shall we make those who guard (against evil) like the wicked? {Sura Swad:28}
(إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ) (يونس: 81)
Surely Allah does not make the work of mischief-makers to thrive. {Sura Yunus:81}
