Ibn Taymiyyah says on Takfir: “No one has the right to accuse another Muslim of disbelief, though they are mistaken and wrong until they have convincing evidence and a clear argument. Whoever’s faith was built on certainty; doubt does not negate it.” (Majmoa Al-Fatawa, Vol 12)
